Oxytech Powder Coating's Anti-Ox and Easy Phos products were developed to assist with restoration projects, but can be used on any rusty or bare metal jobs. Designed to be used as a two-stage process, as demonstrated on the video below,  Anti-Ox cleans and conditions metal from corrosion, and then Easy Phos protects it against flash-rusting.
